Running and Push-ups

CFF 6 p.m.

Back from the CrossFit 2009 Games. What an awesome experience to really get an idea of what the CrossFit community is on a near global level. The Affiliate cup was a blast really a grueling test of mental fortitude but a blast none the less. The team competed hard and gave every event everything that was in the tank. A stepping stone.

Understanding the commitment these athletes have made to optimizing their bodies potential is inspiring and something that I also desire to achieve. That being said the diet and consistency and intensity of training has to be a focus everyday all day not the on again and off again routine of the past.
